02-Select the facility name you want to reserve and the facility page will be displayed.

03-Click the “Official Site” button to access the reservation site page.

Select the date to be booked, enter the number of guests (adults, children), and the accommodation price before discount will be displayed.

Please press the blue button where the total amount is displayed, go to the page to enter the reservation person’s information, enter the reservation person’s name, email address, phone number, and click “Enter details on the next page” Press the blue button to go to the payment page.

The booking and guest must match in order to apply the discounts offered by the Go To Campaign. be careful.

On the payment page, you will be asked to enter your address and credit card information.

To apply the Go To Campaign discount, enter “Go to travel” in the ③ coupon field and click the “Apply” button on the right side of the entry field.

The amount to which the 35% discount on the accommodation fee is applied is displayed.

Cleaning fee and accommodation tax collected locally are not eligible for discount.

The online payment by credit card is completed and the reservation is completed.

If you do not register, the discount amount will not be applied. It is necessary to collect it separately at the time of check-in.

STEP 02 Register the discount on the official website of STAY NAVI

01-Please access this page https://staynavi.direct/campaign/gototravel/

02- Select “Kyoto” as the prefecture in the “Search for target facilities” field, and enter “Hana” in the search word.

All the accommodations in the Hana series operated by our company will be displayed.

03- Select the reserved accommodation and the page will look like the one below.

04-Because it is reserved, please skip STEP1 and STEP2, click the “To register reservation information” button in STEP3, and register for a discount according to the procedure presented on the site.

STEP03 Present discount coupon and ID to staff on the day of stay

Please present the discount coupon number and ID (driver’s license, etc.) to our staff on the day of your stay (at check-in).

※Please print out the coupon screen and bring it with you, or show the coupon screen on My Page on your smartphone.
※If you do not have the above environment, please make a note of the coupon number and bring it with you.
※Customers who do not show the coupon number cannot get a discount, so please be sure to show the coupon number.
