STEP ①01Reservation

Reservations for accomodations at one of our facilities are made via the external website Air Host, which you can access from this website.

Make a reservation by following the instructions indicated on the reservation form.

Prices will vary depending on the facility, the season, and the number of guests.

Check the information on each facility’s reservation form for details.

STEP ②02Pay accomodation charges

We ask that guests use a credit card to make payment online.

STEP ③03Reservation for accomodations completed!

After your payment is confirmed, we will send an email containing the details of your completed reservation.
We will also provide a detailed map for the facility and information on the check-out process.

STEP ④04Check-in

Our staff will be on site to greet you when you arrive at the facility.
After completing check-in, staff will provide a tour of the facility, explain facility amenities, and explain points of caution during your stay. Staff are also able to offer advice on how to spend your time during your stay, provide information on Kyoto sightseeing spots, and help you make plans.

STEP ⑤05During your stay

Staff are not at the facility full-time, but you may feel free to contact us at any time during your stay. Our office is located near the Kyoto city center and are able to respond to your needs via telephone or rush to the facility as necessary.

STEP ⑥06Check-out

The check-out time is by 11:00am.
Please make sure to lock the facility doors before leaving. Make sure you don’t leave anything behind and we wish you safe travels on the rest of your journey!
