Two properties that opened last winter, Hyotan and Roman, have now reached a stable operational stage and both achieved perfect 5.0 ratings in their early reviews.

For newly opened machiya residences, receiving perfect scores at an early stage confirms that the spatial concept, design, and overall guest experience resonate well with travelers visiting Kyoto.

Meanwhile, Seiwakyo, which opened earlier this year, is currently welcoming its first guests and has not yet received an official rating. We look forward to seeing its reviews accumulate in the coming months.
